What was Pizza Hut doing with mozzarella? It's not like they put it on their pizzas.

Heheh. I'm sure Pizza Hut uses only the finest quality "mozzarella" like this:

Pizza Hut is awesome munchies food. Used to deliver pizzas for the hut a long time ago. All my customers would get contact highs once they opened the doors.

Mottsarella. It's made from fermented apple skins.

Pizza Hut has come a long way with its menu. I recently had their pizza after going years without eating there and it was pretty damn good. Not my favorite pizza, but definitely something I wouldn't mind having again.

Yeah, pasteurized process plastic fake cheese food is not the same.

I agree with this 99%.

Sometimes I have a hankerin' for a buttery, greasy piece of pizza. That's when I go to Pizza Hut.

I'm not a fan of the cracker crust, but Fortell's does thin crust right. Can't beat that joint.

I don't have a problem with the crust, it's the provel "cheese" that is apparently a critical component.

I can't say I have ever had the pleasure. Perhaps STL style is the "UFIA" of the pizza world? A tiny population is going to appreciate that it happened, but everyone else will pop you in the mouth for trying it?

Don't buy chain pizza. I guarantee there is a mom & pop pizzeria near you that's twice as good as any chain, and would kill for your business. Support local businesses.

The only non-national one that delivers here isn't that good. Not that Dominos and Papa Johns are good right now, but still.

\best pizza ever disappeared about twenty-five years ago from my hometown, RIP Manny's

Ahhh so that's the deal with pizza in south western Ohio. I always wondered why the hell they cut it like that.

mmm, bull testicles.

seriously, those fresh mozzarella balls aren't that good. i'm sure your hipster friends make you feel cool for thinking they are, but they're not. you can make your own pretty easily, you know.

i wouldn't even put that stuff on the most horrid of stale mcdonald's poutine.

This.
The only chain worth getting pizza from in my area is Dion's, and I'd still count them as mom and pop (delivery not available, offer valid only in New Mexico and Lubbock, TX)

/Green chili on Pizza? Yes please.

Came to say this. Pizza Slut doesn't use mozzarella cheese. They use White American cheese. There is a dramatic difference in every way.

One thing that astounds me about living in Dallas is the sheer number of non chain places. Being originally from Indianapolis, where pretty much your only options were the major chains, its just amazing.

Had a chicken pizza recently with thai peanut sauce that was great. And there is a place down the street from me that does this shrimp, garlic, spinach and alfredo pizza that I love.

Although I myself make a great sirloin pizza with carmelized onions, mushrooms and A1.
