It seems to have gone through a lot of changes over the years. I remember from You can't do that... it reminded me of just green colored oatmeal or mashed potatoes. Now it looks much more thin and lacking in chunks.

I remember noticing as a kid that it was inconsistant (no pun intended). Sometimes it was chunky and sometimes it was watery.
