wildcardjack: What exactly makes a character minor? On Hogan's Heros there was one guy who constantly showed up as a German driver or one of the guards. He constantly changed roles but never said a word. And I doubt anyone noticed on the original run because the TV's weren't that clear. Now that was a minor character./Scruffy only exists to deliver a zinger.

Irving Maimway: I do not watch the Glee so I was unawares of this Heather Morris person, however GIS has my interest now.
The Stealth Hippopotamus: 9. Miles O'Brien?! Minor??The guy was the star of at least 9 episodes I can think of off the top of my head.
gadian: Carson Beckett. Why they thought nobody would like him boggles the mind. The doctors are always immediately accepted as loved members of an ensemble cast. I blame Dr. McCoy for that.
Angry Drunk Bureaucrat: Shut up Leonard! I know about your prescription socks.
LandOfChocolate: ontariolightning: BadgerEh, I can't stand that guy.
dscott72: List Fails without Steve Urkel...from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Urkel :Originally slated to have been a one-time only character on the show, he soon became its most popular character
jbc: Here's a little-known fact: this list fails without Cliff Claven.
