Sorry stertz, but thats not funny, at least to me. My son in law is from there and its a sad place. You did do a good job of illustrating life there though. Fookin' Israelis.
Not complaining.....just sayin'

I hear ya, but the theme is rejected tourism campaigns. Like someone in an ad meeting pitching the idea of, "Let's make light of this situation" when the situation is, in fact, sad and depressing. If you look at the photoshop'ed elements in the pictures, I placed tourists in incredibly dangerous situations acting as if they are perfectly safe. Which, of course, is completely ludicrous. The joke is not on the people in the original pictures, it's on the tourists I shopped in (as well as anyone who would use such pictures in a tourism campaign). It's a fine line I'll admit, but I feel like I wound up on the right side of it. Just my opinion.

I prefer the quote from E.B. White: "Analyzing humor is like dissecting a frog. Few people are interested and the frog dies of it."

I knew I was killing the joke but I felt the need to defend myself when called out publicly. Plus I was drunk.

That's okay stertz I understand ya now. I was a little sensitive about Palestine as I just did a shiat pile of research on it for my son in law's refugee hearing last Wednesday. So many people misunderstand the hurt that those people endure.
Your shop is totally acceptable my friend, and well done!
