Also, Anal Fest is an old, old joke. Anytime there are signs like that one or those ones with the removable letters, people always steal the C.

Speaking of "AnalFest," anybody seen this story?

PHOENIX (AP) - Investigators for an Arizona sheriff's volunteer posse have declared that President Barack Obama's birth certificate is definitely fraudulent.

Members of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's posse said in March that there was probable cause that Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House in April 2011 was a computer-generated forgery.

Now, Arpaio says investigators are positive it's fraudulent.

Mike Zullo, the posse's chief investigator, said numeric codes on certain parts of the birth certificate indicate that those parts weren't filled out, yet those sections asking for the race of Obama's father and his field of work or study were completed.

Zullo said investigators previously didn't know the meaning of codes but they were explained by a 95-year-old former state worker who signed the president's birth certificate. Zullo said a writer who published a book about Obama's birth certificate and was aiding investigators let them listen in on an interview he conducted of the former state worker.

Amherst, eh? La Nova is alright. Amherst Pizza & Alehouse is also okay. Be aware, though, nobody in Buffalo gets pizza for the pizza. They get pizza as a side dish for the wings. If you live in Amherst, you're near a Duff's (either on Sheridan or the one in Cheektowaga, I think) and they have the best wings in Buffalo, bar none.

Just Pizza has the best varieties of pizza though.

Hey, here in Louisville KY if you're driving down Penile Rd you'll first go across Manslick Road and then the next street is Cummings. Seriously, look at a map of the south end. I'm not leaving any letter off either. There's even a Penile Baptist Church.

I used to live in Buffalo. Finding good pizza is next to damn impossible because of those grease-wells you call pepperoni. Try Santora's in the suburbs. Their pizza and calzones were the best!

And yes, Duffs for wings. Amherst if you want wings drowned in hot sauce, Depew for the one Obama visited, and Orchard Park for the great looking waitresses, wide sauce variety, and occasional Buffalo Bill sighting.

Try the wings at Gabriel's Gate, but for the love of god don't go there during a festival. I had to pick up my new car up in Williamsville so I stopped and had dinner with my friend during the art festival last month. They had limited the menu and the wings had definitely been premade, as opposed to the other time I went there and they were fresh.

/and DELICIOUS

I would think so.

It also didn't escape me that you have to reserve your seat 12 hours in advance at Analfest.

Oh yeah. Duff's in OP is great during football and hockey games. Great atmosphere and great wings.

Incidentally, Dwyer's (that place next to the Anal Fest sign) also has great wings.

The Tonawanda side of the bridge has rite aid, dollar general and mcdonald's. The NT side of the bridge has Crazy Jake's and Dwyer's. You are correct, sir.

YodaBlues - Santino's in Elma on the corner of Clinton and Bowen for pizza. The lot is always full of out of state plates over the holidays as everyone comes back to town. Can't argue with Gabriel's gate for wings though.

Actually, the two seasons are Winter and Road construction. Niagara falls should be nice, clifton hill on the canadian side is actually kind of a nice tourist trap.

Dafuq?! Santora's (the one near UB's north campus, anyway) is the standard bottom-of-the-barrel crap that professors use to feed grad students during exam grading, and its only virtue is its price. Don't bother with their wings, either. Google tells me there's another one on Transit; maybe that one sucks less.

As for pizza, I'd suggest exploring the menu at Just Pizza. Some of their more unusual-looking options are really damn good (old Italian sauce pie and stuffed hot pepper come to mind). I still haven't found anywhere around here that does simple pizza really well.
