Johnstarr: Broktun: Johnstarr: Broktun: lunchinlewis: Love that Mark Reynolds was already sporting the UVA hat.

I wonder if any of his trophies were for "most strikeouts in a season"?

I came here to say this. Good job.

I am fearful that our O's will not make it thru the weekend with a winning record.

I'm with you on that. I'm still hopeful of a .500 season, but even the wildcard is fading from sight very fast.

/Orioles threadjack!

They are only 1/2 a game back in the wildcard... it's hard to believe I know, but even with the recent problems, they are still in the race.

Robo Beat: LOL at Peyton Manning's hat brim.

That was always the sign of a hyperactive kid back in my day. Kids that didn't take the time make a decent bend always just said "fark it" and bent that thing into a V. They also tended to be the goofiest kid on the team.Too much energy for their own good would be my guess. Funny to see that Wright still wears his uniform the same exact way now though.

Proper bend.

That's quite irrelevant to the bend as people will also wear it that way with a flat brim. That's just douchey no matter the brim shape. Straight forward is best and least douchey. Backwards is more or less acceptable depending on age. If you're over the age of 30 don't wear it backwards anymore and stop trying to re-create your youthful glory days.

Also, ever notice how many southpaws inexplicably have a slight skew to their hats?

When I was a young'un, bending a hat brim correctly for the first tme was a milestone almost as important as sprouting your first pubes.

Nowadays when I see the flat-brimmed hats that still have the stickers and tags on them, I have a sad, then a mad, and then a sad again. Kids these days.

She's 6'1" and can hit a golf ball farther than anyone you know

Yeah, so?

That was the answer to your question, jackass.
