But Romney seems to be in trouble as of late. If he gets stuck in neutral or if Brain starts hanging on him, he's going to be forced to pull his VP out to change the story, and the more he is stuck in the corner, the more the high risk/high reward nominee becomes likely. That's Rand Paul.

The fundamental problem with the Romney campaign is his corporate pandering of "Lemon. Wet. Good", when he should be returning to the principles of the Founding Fathers and say that lemons are not in the constitution.

Watched the video. Some guy in the audience of Hannity or something said that Romney can't win without Ron Paul. "Fox News" didn't say or imply that at all, this audience member isn't "Fox News".

I think Bain is already hanging on him. He's been on the defense for a couple of weeks now, and has resorted to whining because for some damned reason he won't actually refute any of it because that would require him to get into the specifics of his tenure instead of just saying "I have business experience, vote for me but don't ask questions about the experience"

The problem with RAND PAUL though, is that the risk far outweighs the potential reward. I think it would alienate more independents and undecided votes than he would gain from using RAND PAUL to shore up the tea party/evangelical base.

I actually caught this section of the re-run of this focus group show. The clip in the OP does not show the whole thing, as some fox news contributor (forgot his name) goes on to respond and say that Ron Paul and his supporters are nothing on the national scale and will have no effect on the outcome of the election.
