I think he's already thrown his support behind beer.

Myth: Obama is doing this to give states more control.

Reality: Obama is doing this to raise an army of Welfare Zombies to take over the south and replace God's Country with the world's biggest Church's Chicken location.

He said the administration went around Congress by acting alone.

Another instance in which the Republicans are for something until Obama agrees, at which point it is evil. Cf. DREAM Act (looking at you, Hatch).

YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO AGREE TO THIS! MOM! OBAMA'S NOT PLAYIN' RIGHT!

This, quite frankly, is the most retarded thing a Republican has ever said in the history of this morning.

I agree, but getting rid of all the Republicans in Congress will never fly.

I can think of two, Hubie and Weaver.

Weaver? RINO!

got that right. he's the pivot man in every lib circle jerk.

0/10. Lie.

Next bridge-dweller please. This is gonna be a long thread.....

The Department of Health and Human Services notified states Thursday that Secretary Kathleen Sebelius would consider waivers "to allow states to test alternative and innovative strategies, policies and procedures that are designed to improve employment outcomes for needy families."

Oh, there you go the information you are looking for is right at the top of the page. Quit trying to spin shiat when anyone with half a brain can read the article.

Obama himself is not the one who has to approve of it.

Ergo, what you said was incorrect. It was the DHHS secretary who would approve it.

So the DHHS secretary has the only say in this. Or do you think maybe her boss would have a say as well?

Would you rather it be status quo and still have FULL control at the federal level? I asked you this before and you deflected like the good partisan hack you are. (And no, I doubt he would review it. Otherwise, why have a DHHS secretary?)

I would think that she is following his directives, otherwise he would be a horrible boss. Also, my argument is that the headline is misleading as well as the few people I quoted, and it is. I have made no stance on the policy positions that the administration has taken on this issue. If you would really like to know my stance on welfare let me know, I will tell you.

So, the obvious question: Are the Facebook posts legit, or are you being trolled?

They banned some user's account for doing the same with Free Republic posts.

shiat. I better knock it off than.

Or just not mention where they come from. There is stupid shiat posted here all the time by the same people, and they're still here.

Needlessly Complicated: I don't get it. The feds are letting states modify the work-to-welfare program to try new things. No one is saying they HAVE to get rid of the work requirement.... if the state wants to keep the work requirement, they can, right?

Can someone explain what the outrage is? What am I missing?

Because Fartbama is a Democrat, and everyone knows Democrats hate work and working people, so what Zer0b0mb0 is doing here is letting the states exempt themselves from the "-to-work" requirement of "welfare-to-work".

Application: "We, the socialist proletariat of the People's State of Taxachussetts, declare our Great Leap Forward. Every non-working citizen will be offered a stipend 600% of the federal poverty line along with a $15/hr job reading the internet for any bad things people say about Dear Leader. This is our new welfare plan, and because we're Democrats who hate work, President Sheriff must accept this plan exactly as written. No take-backsies."

And every liberal Democrat state will submit a waiver, and of course UnPresident ChicagoCrony will grant every such desire. But not for red states. Moochelle's Husband will force Real Americans to work for the welfare they then send to the less American parts of Amercia.

The looking glass threw us here.
