Hold Steady is 100 times better (using in regards to TFAs Springsteen style jersey rock reference).

robsul82: The last best hope for rock 'n' roll, baby.

That isn't a picture of Clutch.

/'album of the year' is a great conversation topic for folks who have no concept that multiple genre's exist.

Frontrunner for album of the year? This isn't an article on Clockwork Angels!

Joking aside, I'll give it a chance, but it's gotta compete with that and Flying Colors, so it's got harsh competition IMO.

/maybe add Lost in the New Real if I wanna get more obscure.
//LitNR gets bonus points for having Rutger Hauer.

Jack Black, Japandroids, Regina Spektor, The Shins, and Justin Townes Earle all have a problem with this headline.

This sounds kind of like any other early 2000s pop-rock band, your Hoobastank, Goo Goo Dolls, etc. Maybe not the best comparisons, but you get the idea.

Perhaps better (the guy has a good voice), but in the same vein. It's not bad, but a little boring. I blame the drummer.
