(Athens Banner Herald)   You're wanted on a parole violation. You're carrying crack on you. You see a police officer who knows you. Do you A) try to blend into the crowd, B) slowly walk away from his location, C) shout out his name and ask for his bike   (onlineathens.com) divider line 19

you're a broke ass country trying desperately to cling to first world status.
do you a) spend tens of billions a year incarcerating millions of of your own citizens and ruining their lives and those of their families because these poor souls had the audacity to ingest something you wouldn't want to ingest?

Never talk to police because they are more interested in busting you than talking to you and couldn't give two shiats who you are or what you're saying. Got it. They are the enemy. Can't even talk to them without the pat down apparently. I don't like this the path this country is taking.

While the guy with the funny first name and the punchable face deserves to go away, this caught my eye. FTA:

WTF is a probation fee? Do you now have to pay to have someone pry into your life for a few years for usually petty non-violent crimes?

Malcom was arrested in September 2010 on charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer when he was caught with more than an ounce of marijuana, slapped the face of the arresting officer and tried to flee, according to police.

With his hand or his purse?

Weird, huh? It almost seems easier to just stay and jail and get free room and board. Just don't drop the soap
