She was really happy that Obama was elected President, hangs out with Ethel Kennedy, and was involved in some project to get out the woman vote. And we all know who women tend to vote for.

Taylor Swift's not exactly a political firebrand, but what evidence exists doesn't bode well for the conservatives who fantasize about her being one of them.

snowshovel: I know someone who is connected to the Nashville music scene, and a few years ago he was showing us pictuces from a photoshoot of the next big star Nashville was going to be pushing (which turned out to be Taylor Swift)...and the pictures were of her (about 15 years old at the time, I think) inappropriately writhing around on a pool table. We were pretty aghast that the photographer was asking this of a 15 year old girl.

So, yeah, that's the clean, squeaky image I have of her.
