You can't reason with a person like that. They are mentally unstable and should really be seeking professional help or institutionalized. They're usually extremely sexist, misogynistic, bigoted, and incapable of being calm or seeing reason.

They also hate it when you tell them "I truly hope you're not breeding."

But if there wasn't video games for these sad folks, what would they be doing? Being serial killers? Going postal? I shudder to think. I hope this man gets the psychological treatment he so desperately needs.

This is what happens when you go into a fight without a tank....

NEVER say "Its just a ___" to a person who is upset or who actually cares about that ___. No matter how trivial you think it is. That phrase is a direct assault on that persons opinions, tastes and sensibilities. You are trivializing what they see as their sense of self and not only is it just farking rude, youre asking for any fight you get.

If in an argument you EVER feel the need to jump to the "Its just a" card. Stop and question why you are about to say that. Chances are you are only saying it to hurt the other person and you dont have any better argument to make.

If you are ever trying to make a person feel better about something they are upset by by saying "Its just a" remember that at that moment in time what ever it is means the world to them BECAUSE they are upset about it. They may not care when they calm down but when someone is upset about something it is the forefront of their concerns so it is clearly not "Just a" If you feel the need to point out that it is prepare for a fight because they will focus all of their unformed feellings of anger/despair/helplessness onto an easy target, you.

A CoD rager would've been sputtering derp and teabagging the body when the cops showed up.

A League of Legends rager would've done the same as WoW assaulter, then ragequit halfway through the stabbing.

An EVE Online player would've stabbed him, took some of his belongings, then repeat until nothing was left.

F--k dealing with the ultra serious business crowd -- reason I like single player games or compstomp with teammates options. In League of Legends I started off 9-60 in regular games, then zoomed up to a winning record by more than 60 games over .500 after I found toons that suited my style. But I gave up playing PvP in that game because the ragers were just getting on my nerves even in VICTORIES. As in WoW, some people don't get that shiat happens and you can't win them all. And no, you are not likely destined to be playing professionally against South Korea's best anytime soon.
