Ugh, the racist comments on Yahoo articles always depress the fark out of me.

I think its 'Magen David', or "Star of David".

If you are referring to what the MD in MD 20/20 stands for.

No unlikely tag?

I don't know about all that, but Doom Redrosid would be a cool name.

it's also the concord grape wine they sell in giant jugs that lutheran churches in the midwest use for communion......and sadly, I have to admit, I kind of like it.

I've heard they diagnose you by putting some special ring on your finger and seeing if it reacts abnormally.

When the first claim is exhaustion, the final answer is usually drugs.

Yeah, Vicodin and Jack Daniels will certainly make you moody. Sounds like JJJr needs to "spend more time with his family." Announcement coming in 5... 4... 3...

I assumed that Sandi just got tired of hearing about the hot blonde bikini model and chopped his dong off.

I think I'll take off of work for a month citing "exhaustion", and, when finally pressed, have my "people" release a statement about a nebulous "mood disorder." Oh wait, I'm not being investigated for trying to buy a US Senate seat....nevermind.

WalMartian: I think he just discovered that Jesse Jackson is his father.

No, I'm sure he was aware of his parentage when daddy shook down Budweiser to get his other sons a distributorship, and Jr. had an affair (like his daddy) at least 2 years ago. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Its just a mood disorder. Not sure why we didn't tell you that a week ago and waited until a report on alcohol and addiction came out. But anyway just a mood disorder. Move along now.

OK, what about the suicide attempt that was reported. I know that it was via Fox News, but where there's smoke...

If they are calling it a mood disorder, he could be depressed, manic, or bipolar. Or maybe some substance induced stuff. It's not like he has PMS or something.

Just imagine one. Im too lazy to find a pic, then have to post the link.

You can imagine Devo playing some, or Gary Neuman or a buncha techo-nerds plugging away at their Moogs.

They thought he killed himself back in June?

I wan't trying anything. I just saw a report that he'd been missing work for a long time, and that his rep said he was suffering from exhaustion.

Of course Congress is void of being drug tested by the law they enacted for others...

2012-07-12 11:41:01 AM
My best guess is a manic episode. Don't need drugs for one of those, and it would explain the need for "residential" (read: inpatient) treatment.

There was this cow that used to come to our chess club meetings. Strong player, preferring Norweigan to Japanese strategies, got along well with the group. Anyway, Billy (the cow's name was Billy) had a bit of a speech impediment that one boffin known for bearing a ruffianesque wit dubbed a "moo disorder".

Raising money to buy his seat in Washington probably was exhausting....

and once there.... he needed heavy doses of MD 20/20 to get by

I heard one discussion on Chicago radio that perhaps Congressman Jackson is being treated for sex addiction.

Frankly, I don't believe it. Whoever heard of an American politician being addicted to sex. Geez!

2012-07-12 11:56:21 AM

Perhaps the "mood disorder" is related to the ethics investigation and Jesse's fundraiser being busted by the FBI.

Not to worry Jesse, you will get reelected. Just ask:
