UPDATE: PETA has sent us their official statement, saying, "This guy may get bitten in the ass again after PETA reports to the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) that he is illegally selling a shark on the New York subway."

Really? You know his name? His address? Phone number? Food preferences? What?

Sounds like the only ass PETA knows anything about is the one from where they talk.

Do authorities typically begin with this information in hand when responding to crimes? I'd think that having an exceedingly-clear shot of the guy's face would give them a better start than they usually get.

"Anyone who witnesses such behavior should alert a police officer, train operator, or other MTA personnel."

So they can halt my train at the next station for 20 minutes waiting for police to arrive and arrest this guy for trying to sell a baby shark?

Fark you, shark, I'm tryin' to get home.

Do it when the train reaches your stop.

Fark you, everyone else!

Any article that contacts PETA for an opinion is a really stupid as fark article.

I can't muster any anger at the guy now, even if I gave a flying fark about the well being of a shark.

I have an idea... let's get that Shark to the protective hands of PETA... oh wait... they'd KILL IT. Scratch that, then.

Yes, and he'll probably all get his ass kicked by the IBSSS (International Brotherhood of Subway Shark Sellers) for not having the appropriate license to conduct shark commerce on the NY subway system.
