He wanted to get booed so that he could look strong to his base standing up to blacks, which most of his base think are the ones causing the problem in the US. He doesn't give a shiat about the black vote. He wanted them to be mad at him. It was a political ploy.

Christ, I saw that after I posted. Well, I'm sure the NAACP will just LOVE that. Possible a number of fair minded independent voters that aren't thrilled with it either.

If that is true, then Romney is an idiot for failing to advocate for doing away with welfare and food stamps, even if not in front of the NAACP, and does not deserve to be elected to office. Thanks for giving me another reason not to vote for him.
