Yeah, cocaine is still a Schedule II, not a Schedule I controlled substance. It has medical uses. Interestingly enough, cocaine is considered as dangerous / useful as Ritalin and Adderall.

I had a girlfriend who worked in a hospital. We were walking down the hall when we saw a bottle on the floor that looked just like this:
