Yeah but at least the sun can get a date with at least one girl in the Andromeda galaxy.

Looks more like a melanoma, ironically .

I just did what the article said and got my binoculars to go have a look... and damn, that is one impressive sunspot!

I was literally blinded by science!

Just a note: I messed up in this article a bit. The sunspot group I indicated is actually AR 1515 which has been visible for a few days now. AR 1520 is just now coming into view. I corrected the text, so if you go now it should be accurate. Sorry about any confusion!

Well, the Sun is a lot bigger than the Earth's moon so that makes sense.

I'm trying really hard to muster up a HOLY FARK at that picture of the sun that looks pretty much like every picture of the sun I've ever seen. Ever think about slowing down on the meth?

This happened to me as well. I assumed it was the vodak at the time.

Also, fun fact: If you ever need to find North, just stare directly into the sun!

The size of the sunspot is half the distance between the earth and the moon. The sunspot itself doesn't go out that far; it's a size comparison. Unless I read something wrong.

I was born on Galileo's 413th birthday so I'm getting a kick...
