Wow, people like this give responsible gun owners a bad name. Way too much fail in this idiot to comment in short, readible posts. So I'll just go for one key tip.

#1: Don't drink/inject/toke/snort/ingest any alcohol and/or recreational drugs while handling guns.

There is a very real reason stereotypes exist. It is not a failure of thought process in the perceiver. It is not the same as prejucdice or bias.

Thank you. I've been telling this to a lot of my friends for quite sometime and most of them are shocked or offended. But it's true, stereotypes exist for a reason which is there are indeed people who fit them.

Some are more politically correct to point out than others, of course.

Improper Exhibit Firearm or Dangerous Weapon
Carrying a Concealed Weapon
Disorderly Intoxication to Cause Public Disturbance
Disorderly Conduct
Brawling Fighting
Resisting Arrest W/O Violence
Crime Against Person by Threat to Public Servant

Does the Brawling Fighting charge come from his yelling? Because I didn't read anywhere in the article that he ever touched anybody else - only that he was yelling and wouldn't comply to being arrested right away.

No, that's " You shall not covet your neighbor's wife."

The Wal-Mart associated informed Lewis that he would not be sold ammunition for a weapon that is present in the store.

If you can't take the weapon into the store, how will you know if the ammo will fit?

I am confused as to why they won't sell ammo to someone who has their weapon with them.

The gun shop I go to has no problem selling ammo to people who have their weapons with them.

All kidding aside, does their policy still hold if you're carrying concealed and have a permit? And your sidearm is not seen by anyone?

If this dipshiat was told to leave Walmart because he stood in front of the checkout counters shouting a racist tirade, he'd claim that his 4th amendment rights were violated.

I've several friends who own sidearms; most of whom are responsible owners, one or two from whom I would take instructions on proper handling.

FT Fine A:

Once he was outside of the store, Lewis continued to refuse officers commands to calm down and stop yelling. He continually attempted to put his hand back in his pocket. Ultimately, he complied and was arrested.

Once he was taken into custody, he threatened the arresting officer with bodily harm upon his release from jail.

What's his Fark handle?

1/10. Too obvious of a deflection. Probably best not to make this one political.
