I once let a woman and two kids get into my car while being chased down by the boyfriend with a f--king knife. Cops didn't show up an hour later. I was in a freaking Neon.

It was great.

Detroit not having any units to send is standard. By default if you live in Detroit you lie about hearing "shots fired" or "semi auto weaponry". It's the only way to get a unit sent since they often let the lesser stuff slide.
