I think we found someone who never saw the Ice Cream Soup episode of Pee-wee's Playhouse.

It probably cost her more than buying new ice cream, in addition to the damages.

She's right. When ice cream melts and refreezes, it has such a weird texture.

Makh: It probably cost her more than buying new ice cream, in addition to the damages.

This type of logic would have required a working brain.
Bet she is complaining at everyone who is near here about how horrible things are now and totally blown out of proportion.

Burkhart also claimed that she "didn't think there was enough damage to the vehicles to call police."

You don't have to call the police, you stupid fatty, but you do have to STOP.

What? No way. You know how much a triple scoop cone costs these days?? I'm not going to let some joker that I run over ruin my special treat. What the hell were they doing changing lanes anyway? Didn't they see I just bought a jamacian rum raisin -- in a sugar cone no less? Why don't people stay off the freakin' road when I'm jonesin' for some sweets?

That's a pretty angry 'suck face" she's sportin' there. Something truly crazy looks like it might make an appearance at any moment.

To be fair... that ice cream pictured in the article is pretty pricey. And good. Melting it would have been a real tragedy.

It's rocky road, after all.

Well it did work for Greg Biffle in that Subway commercial years ago.

I can relate. I'm a huge Italian ice fan..especially the red, white, and blue mixed ones that are out only in the summer. I speed home every time I get them otherwise the flavor melts to the bottom and you're left with bland flavored ice on top and then an inch of gooey sugar muck on the bottom. Give her a break..

This is what you're looking for lady.
They are about $2 each.

big mac and iced coffee will do just fine. just watch out for the stomach problems from the Ecoli

What flavor, dammit!?!! I need details!

2012-07-03 09:02:07 PM
Well, admittedly it has been hotter than hell down here for going on two weeks, but even the Blue Bell isn't worth the fines, court cost, and general pain in the behind she's facing for fleeing the scene.

Another suggestion for this lady (especially after her license gets suspended)

She hit him and then took off, plus he called 911 before he decided to follow her.

I am. Mila is really pretty, but this picture is disappointing in it's wholesomeness.

Sometimes an ice cream cone is just an ice cream cone. (apologies to Sig Freud).

No, an ice cream cone is ALWAYS just an ice cream cone. If full of ice cream, anyway.

If you're referring to the guy eating the chocolate ice cream cone, that's Rick Santorum, not Mitt Romney.

When the cops showed up, I would argue that I had not left the scene as I am here, the other driver is here, and both vehicles are here. The scene just so happens to be on wheels and the scene has been with me and the other driver from the time of contact between the two vehicles and now. In fact, I was just about to execute my duty and call the authorities when you showed up making that action unnecessary. If that failed because the scene is defined as a geographical location, I would then point to the other driver and tell the officer to do his duty and arrest both of us or neither of us but to make his choice wisely.

There's a big difference between store brand ice cream and something like Ben and Jerry's.

Store brand: Use it to try to buff out the scratches on both cars.

Ben and Jerry's: Sit in the car by yourself and devour that yummy goodness.

Yes. Stains on YOUR seats. Problem solved by sitting in somebody else's car and eat it.

Nice try, but the person who left the scene is guilty of leaving the scene regardless. And the scene of the accident is where the accident happened, not where the other drivers ended up. You know, where all the glass and broken fiberglass car parts are.

As far as the other driver, well, you don't get to mitigate your guilt by saying "Well, he did it too!" and cops don't appreciate it when you tell them their job.

Exactly what i said. Neither gets to mitigate his guilt by saying "He did it too." Thanks for understanding and being in agreement. They either both committed a crime or neither.

Agreed. The second driver has mitigating circumstances that the first driver to leave the scene could not avail themselves of.
