Yeah, well until he lobbies to get rid of the DH, he's a shiatty libertarian.

No, and DH wasn't an original part of baseball. It's meddling. And RON PAUL doesn't like those meddling kids / government.

And the game does have a DH. Here's Bruce Baley (D-IO) as the DH from the 2010 game.

Ergo, while the government didn't meddle with the actual U.S. Constitution, in the congressional baseball league, they DID meddle with purist baseball. OUTRAGE!

Well, they first played it in an AL stadium. Now they play in Natinals stadium, who are NL, so this is probably the only game that ever gets played there with a DH. Farking Congress, they have to go and fark up a perfectly good NL stadium.

It was an in the park home run and there were 3 errors committed on the play.

I sure hope Obama isn't in there for "Manliest Pitch". Like the guy, but he throws like my niece.

So much for small government and discretionary spending, hey, Ronnie?

Of course it does. Who the hell still plays retro ball outside of a few Conan O'Brien sketches?

Per Wikipedia, the National League and Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball League. The DH is for amateurs and American Leaguers, but I repeat myself.

DH extends the careers of players who shouldn't be thrown out of the game, and saves us from great piitchers reminding us how terrible they are at hitting.

Imagine the PGA if they legalized gimmes.

Gimmes are legal, but only in match play.

Wait! I mean: We can't possibly let this important DH debate detract from the issue at hand.

We now know how Ron Paul was bought off.

We must work tirelessly to insure that this can never happen again. You all now it must be done. Now, I don't want any of you to rest until Rand Paul's throwing arm is irreparably damaged.
