Lorelle: Relatively Obscure: He deleted his old post and replaced it with this:

... I do not wish anything bad on the Supreme Court Justices or anyone else and never have.

LIAR!

...My words were mine alone and in no way representative of the Tea Party. I deeply regret that my actions will be used to attack individuals who work so hard to ensure that the values of the framers of the constitution continue to be adhered to and followed. The members of the Tea Party are thoughtful caring individuals...

Bullpoop. I couldn't help noticing that following this jerk's rant were numerous comments by other Teabaggers who wholeheartedly agreed with him and cheered him on.

True dat.

But, I guess at least his apology wasn't "I'm sure sorry you guys somehow misunderstood what I said," which is what I've come to expect.

It's either anal rape or something "jammed down our throats."

My mother died of colon cancer when I was 15, so it really hurts that there exists a person so low as to wish colon cancer on anyone, let alone people who are championing the very health care that could give early detection to colon cancer.

Primum: One thing I find most hilarious about Teabaggers (and conservatives in general) is all their talk about "damn gubmint taking mah money and giving it to poor people" (etc.). All their OUTRAGE. Where the hell is their outrage at a $600 billion "defense" budget? From $1800 hammers in the 80s to the $30,000 engine drip pan (with gaskets!) for helicopters in the 00s.

What a bunch of scum.

I don't think there's really a lower form of socio-cultural-political nitwits than conservatives.

And a good number of 'em are over 65, meaning of course that they're recipients of Social Security and Medicare, which makes them the biggest beneficiaries of socialism in the nation. This, along with their shiatty driving is why I hate old people

And sadly there wasn't anyone calling him out until the media picked up on it.

Then he provided them with this gem:

"I didn't wish for anyone to die, but I said I do wish for them to feel our pain," he said. "No one cares about me, they all make their promises and then go do what they goddamn feel."

Wahh! wahh! wahh! They don't care about me, and they PROMISED!! I think I'll go eat a worm.

Benevolent Misanthrope: Guntram Shatterhand: He probably got a call from the Party, telling him to shut the fark up because he'll lose his cherry job.

I'm almost willing to bet that the New Hampshire Tea Party Chairman job is a volunteer position. But I could be wrong.

Even still, it's a political leadership position, and has some benefits to it (such as a forum to make an ass out of yourself). Given the small town mindset of these fools, being slapped down from an unpaid position would probably make this loser spin even quicker to avoid just being another redneck douchebag.

But I don't get it ...

This legislation was passed in the sleaziest way possible: greased with lies about there bring no tax penalties, and behind a flimsy cover of a budget bill, and defended tooth and nail as a "commerce clause power," despite incredible opposition.

The defense tactic didn't work out, and SCOTUS made the President and Congress look like a pack of liars and/or completely incompetent, and basically demolished the legitimacy of all three branches of government, not to mention the Constution and, in effect, *hundreds* of years if contract law (after all, if contracts are now subject to legislative compulsion, then contracts - i.e. voluntary agreements - have no legal protection, as they are now at the mercy of political whim).

This is Cheney-level corruption and a PATRIOT Act-like rights violation sold with promises of cheap health care (instead of national security) by people who have demonstrated less trustworthiness than a liquor store patron wearing a ski mask, and people are *gloating* about this being some kind of victory.

This is truly a surreal time we live in.

I remember when Republicans were people who wanted the same things as anyone else* - peace, prosperity, freedom, happiness - they just disagreed about the best way to achieve those goals. You could have a rational discussion with a Republican, and even if you disagreed you didn't feel the need to wash your hands (or check your wallet) when you were done.

Those days are gone. Republicans are lunatics, and the exceptions are few and far between enough to ignore.

* I also remember Michael Jackson's original nose

P.S. I have to admit his apology is far more gracious and sincere than I expected.

Nobody "gets" healthcare as government owns no resources on its own. In order to provide healthcare to someone, government has to take it away from someone else. It only works if you raise the prices on the young and healthy to cover the already sick.

What I find interesting is that this has been going on since 9/11. No, really. All the xenophobic, racist, pseudo-patriotic, marginalizing of otherness was right there.
All you Farkers now claiming to be superior to these mouth breathers were nowhere to be found back then.
Where were you when the majority of Americans voted for Bush? Twice?
Where were you when any voice expressing doubt about the general wisdom of the day was slapped down was called out?
Now, that the tide seems to be turning and the crazies are being marginalized and you are in the majority, you're suddenly tough enough and stand up to what has been going on for years. My, how tough we are.

I can promise you this nutjob is a Howie Carr listener (680 Boston). Carr could have written that screed. Off the chart hate speech.

I love the "code" they speak too. "WE'RE GONNA HAFTA WAIT 4 MONTHS TO SEE A DOCTOR NOW!" Oh, and why is that? Oh yea, because people who are now suffering & dying at home will be able to go to the doctor now.

But rush & howie and their ilk are always touting how good the health care system is, and that NOBODY is refused medical care in this country. If that were true, why are the doctor's offices going to be suddenly filled to the brim?

They scream about how now we are going to have "rationed" care.

NEWSFLASH!!! We have rationed care now. If you have insurance, you get care. If you don't, you can just stay home and die.

/funny how they aren't concerned with the trillion+ dollars we've wasted in the middle east, or the thousands of lives lost.

You idiots are hilarious with your uninformed rants and paranoid delusions.

The funny part is, it's unhinged whackadoos, like yourself, that are going to hand this election to Obama.

Question to Conservatives:

If the United States of America is the strongest, smartest and best country in the world, how is it always on the verge of being "destroyed" by things like Universal Health Care, guys in caves wearing turbans 3000 miles away, women deciding to abort their unwanted pregnancies, black presidents being elected, regulation of trillion-dollar industries, environmental groups, etc.

I mean, how can you still be the strongest if every little thing brings your country to the "brink of chaos"?

God help you if you ever faced any ACTUAL threats, like massive civil unrest, a terrible natural disaster, or a military coup.

friday13:

Well, it doesn't get EVERYBODY, obviously: It's not single-payer. What it DOES do is make insurance cheaper, keeps insurance companies from dropping you for bullshiat reasons, gets rid of "lifetime care limits", eliminates the "pre-existing condition" bullshiat, and mandates that everyonewho can afford it buy health insurance, or face a penalty. And that's the nutshell version. The full version would be a GWOT that I honestly don't have the entirety of, and I also don't have the patience to type in what I DO have.

Hell, read this reddit post for a GREAT explanation.

If you think this guy wouldn't grudge fark everyone he disagreed with ideologically you aren't thinking.
