Given the way the court is going, particularly with their Citizens United ruling that went well beyond the arguments of the case itself, I wouldn't be shocked if they not only overturned HCR but also ruled that medical debts can no longer be discharged through bankruptancy.

I'm leaving the TV off and renewing this thread and BBC for the update. Trying to watch anything on the television about the decision, any way it resolves, will end in pure misanthropic fury.
