"I don't know about you, but I don't want a government that Mitt Romney creates. I want a government that is close to Barack Obama's heart -- one that fights for fairness, for families and for our children's future," Kennedy said.

Wow, crazy talk.

I don't understand the headline; was subby expecting Carloine to campaign for Romney this year?

2012-06-28 11:10:13 AM
Angry butt-hurt headline is angry and and butt-hurt.

Blah blah on the content, but I hadn't heard "guanopsychosis" before, and it makes me happy.

Why, when reading submission titles like this, am I overcome with the desire to call the Subby a dumbass?

Your headline is bad and you should feel bad.

"I think he's really shown the kind of leadership and character that my father wrote about in 'Profiles in Courage,' the courage to keep fighting for all Americans no matter what special interest or personal attacks are used against him," Kennedy said.

That monster.

skullkrusher: ahh, JFK. The Reagan for Democrats.

You think so?

1. Say something mildly critical of JFK to a Democrat. Then say something mildly critical of Reagan to a Republican. Both sides are not the same.
2. What did JFK do that was illegal on the scale of Iran-Contra?

The Why Not Guy: 1. Say something mildly critical of JFK to a Democrat. Then say something mildly critical of Reagan to a Republican. Both sides are not the same.

yeah, didn't say they were. Typical hackneyed response though.

The Why Not Guy: 2. What did JFK do that was illegal on the scale of Iran-Contra?

he didn't.

point was if JFK were alive today you'd probably decry him as a warmongering, tax cuts for the rich, blue dog DINO. Just like Reagan would be a RINO.

And this is based on....? His presidency was far too brief for anyone to know how it would have turned out. Speculation is just that: speculation.

Just like Reagan would be a RINO.

Republicans think Reagan was a RINO now? I've never heard him referred to as such by anyone in the GOP.
