They look like a couple of high school girls who just got their licenses.
2001-11-15 10:43:50 AM
So is that one of those pick-ups with the tiny little back seats? If so, I wish they would have gotten a picture of the First Ladies back there all scrunched up.
This will certainly break the Russian stereotype of Americans as cowboys.
2001-11-15 10:44:39 AM
Yee Haww.
2001-11-15 10:44:59 AM
Bush: OK, now I get to be Luke Duke, and you be Uncle Jesse.

Putin: But I wanna be Daisy!
2001-11-15 10:46:09 AM
Look Pa, there's some rednecks.
2001-11-15 10:46:26 AM
The only things that come from Texas are steers and queers. I dont see no horns on them boys...
2001-11-15 10:46:49 AM
This is what I like about Bush. He's a REAL person. Not a crooked lawyer, not a carreer politician, but just a guy looking to do right. He's a REAL person. When was the last time you saw the US pres tooling around town with the Russin pres in a white pickup truck. The only thing that could make this better is a gun rack in the truck, and a couple of cold ones in their hands.

This, my friends, is cool.
2001-11-15 10:47:42 AM
I think this deserves a "Hero" tag....How many other presidents drove the russian president to their ranch in their own truck?
2001-11-15 10:50:18 AM
if you read Brickwall's last post with new age music playing in the background, it makes it even more sentimental
2001-11-15 10:50:45 AM
Real Person? Not a career politician?

heh, it's not like his daddy did anything similar or anything.
2001-11-15 10:50:59 AM
fark the f-16, what do you think of my f-250?
2001-11-15 10:51:00 AM
Hero? for driving a truck? it deserves a "hillbilly/redneck" tag...
2001-11-15 10:52:49 AM
Ra: that's right. what's your point?
2001-11-15 10:54:42 AM
you sure are gobbling up the spin, Brickwall. I guess you also believed that Clinton it "at home" in Harlem.

That reminds me, I got some swampland and igloos to sell you...
2001-11-15 10:54:58 AM
WorldCitizen: If you notice the window on the door, with the down scoop, it is a Ford SuperDuty, built on the F-250 platform, very large for everybody inside...
2001-11-15 10:55:36 AM
The Guy is just cool!! Redneck or not.....
2001-11-15 10:56:28 AM
Brickwall: Just questioning the bit about being a real person and not a career politician bit. It's just a photo opportunity and it's not like he's Joe Regular from down the road.
2001-11-15 10:56:47 AM
Clinton "at home" in Harlem? Why the hell would I think that?

As to your spin comment, if you can't see Bush for what he is, and only for what you want to see, that's your problem, not mine.
2001-11-15 10:58:40 AM
Ra: Photo op or not, this is somthing he would really do. No doubt in my mind, this "photo op" was his idea, not some govt "spin doctor".
2001-11-15 10:59:04 AM
Bush is cool as hell, he's down to earth.

His truck is a crew cab, so the First Ladies aren't scrunched up. I've got one just like it, and it's comfy as hell!

Now, he just needs to lift it 8" and throw some 37" tires on billet wheels on it, and drive over Al Gore's electric car! Oh yeah, he drives one of them big 'ol Suburbans. Hipocrites!
2001-11-15 11:05:17 AM
Because if you are gonna believe that Bush is a "Real Person" then you gotta believe that Clinton is "at home" in harlem. (Both Bush and Clinton tried to make it appear that way)

It's all for show, don't you get that?

Come on! Bush owned the Rangers. how many "Real People" own major league baseball teams!?! Just because he drove a truck up a hill, you think that he's "real" and therefore cool?
2001-11-15 11:05:26 AM
i just got a sick feeling in my stomach thinking about the existance of a "hillbilly tag"

2001-11-15 11:08:21 AM
Oh great, how American. That our president has a ranch scares me a tad.

Next thing we know they'll be striking up a doobie and watching porn. *note reference to the family guy*
2001-11-15 11:09:11 AM
Putin looks like an art fag showing up to hang out with his country-mouse friend....

pretty funny.

Sounds like a fun trip, though, horseback riding, good food...

But why the h-e-l-l would he drive a stinkin Ford?

Dodge baby, DODGE.
2001-11-15 11:09:29 AM
wonder how much he was paid to wear that john deere hat
2001-11-15 11:11:03 AM
Bacon: plenty of "real people" have owned baseball teams. I think your problem is that you think "rich people" cannot possibly be "real people". get over it.

Like I said before, this is somthing he would really do. "You" call him a hillbilly, well, here he is, proving you right. Just like joe-six-pack. Me and you. (...probably not you).
2001-11-15 11:16:18 AM
Just two good ole boys,
Never meaning no harm.
Beats all you never saw, been in trouble with the law
Since the day they was born.

Straightenin' the curves,
Flattenin' the hills.
Someday the mountain might get 'em but the law never will.

Makin' their wayyyyyy, the only way they know how.
Well, that's just a little bit more than the law will allow.

Just two good ole boys,
Wouldn't change if they could.
Fightin' the system like two modern day Robin Hoods. [Yee-haw]
2001-11-15 11:16:30 AM
I also liked Putin's John Deer hat.

Later they're gonna go do doughnuts in the pasture with the truck and tonight they plan on doing some cow tippin'
2001-11-15 11:16:58 AM
Ermm Metalstill, that was Beav's addition, not in the original pic.

2001-11-15 11:18:09 AM
something he would really do, riiiiiight. and Clinton would really be a jazz musician (saxaphone, if i recall correctly). keep gobbling, im sure it tastes great!!

no wonder people make millions off of those late night infomercials for products like oxiclean and epil-stop. If i see it on tv, its HAS to be real!
2001-11-15 11:20:06 AM
Yeah, I suppose Brickwall is right, he is just a normal person...

Lost millions in bad oil deals, mad millions off of the sale of a baseball team he had miniscule ownership in. Went to Harvard & Yale, dodged the draft by getting a cushy ANG spot and then didn't bother to show up for two years...

I guess if I built a helipad in my backyard, Putin would drop in for a visit with me as well.

2001-11-15 11:23:56 AM
Ouch, bacon. You really got me. Way to go buddy. I think the rule is: The first one to resort to insults wins.

At least, that's what your type seems to think.
In your own little mind, you win. Congrats, tard.
2001-11-15 11:24:41 AM
Damn, we used to have a Ford 350 diesel crew cab, extended bed...

it was a monster.

But Dodge is still better. My truck rules.

Hey, asswipes who want to mock rednecks... the majority of the population of our country lives in rural areas... and the majority of our country's land is rural. Pickup trucks are useful and handy vehicles (especially crew cabs). John deere makes great equipment and classy, fine looking hats.

...and the sheep are scared.
2001-11-15 11:24:46 AM
By the way, oxiclean really works. Open your mind and try some new things, fool.
2001-11-15 11:25:20 AM
It say's Putin is going to be treated to some 'western-style entertainment' - poor, poor bastard.
2001-11-15 11:25:26 AM
And who said anything about "rich people" not being "real people". I'm talking about celebrities or "famous people". Like those who own baseball teams and then go on to be president.

and NO famous people, by the nature of the word famous, cant be real (everyday) people.
2001-11-15 11:27:18 AM
I guess it could've been a lot worse:

2001-11-15 11:28:23 AM
As cool as it looks, Bush will still be the priveleged son of a multi millionaire who has achevied success through nepotism and dubious electoral practicies.

But wait! He drives a pickup truck!
2001-11-15 11:29:49 AM
Bush knows how to drive?
I noticed he wasn't chewing gum at the same time...
2001-11-15 11:29:59 AM
Too late bacon, you resorted to insults. You have become irrelevant. If you want to return to logic, you must apologize first.
2001-11-15 11:30:06 AM
Brickwall, when did i insult you? if you are insulted by the term 'gobbling', well thats what you are doing. you are eating up the PR. how else would you like me to put it?

oh and, dumbass, (see thats an insult, since you seem to be fine calling me a 'fool) there are a crap load of products that would do the same thing oxiclean does that DONT cost 20 bucks for a 16 ounces. catch on, retard.
2001-11-15 11:30:09 AM
Does anyone else see the look of despair and humiliation in Putin's eyes?
2001-11-15 11:30:31 AM
BEAV, gotta give you credit man, the subtlety of your PS'ing has a lot of idiot farkers fooled. Very good work.
2001-11-15 11:30:59 AM
Why would Bush drive a Dodge (now a German owned company)??? Russians probably still have a grudge against Germany.
2001-11-15 11:31:26 AM
BrickWall wants to be Bush's ass monkey.
2001-11-15 11:32:19 AM

"By the way, oxiclean really works. Open your mind and try some new things, fool."

then later...

"Too late bacon, you resorted to insults. You have become irrelevant. If you want to return to logic, you must apologize first."

2001-11-15 11:36:29 AM
Bacon: you know you were being insulting wiht the late night oxiclean comment. don't try to deny it now that you have been busted.

Ra: pay attention, read the posts. see above.
