The saddest part about this video is that they must have cut out the part where someone went down there and delivered instant kharmic justice with a beat down. Oh, that didn't happen? There's no way that wasn't deliberate. If you accidentally trip someone, especially a child, you stop to make sure they're ok. He was already walking away and making hand gestures.
