"It is time Chi-Chi's stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for what has happened," Marler said in a statement.

Funny cause it's true...

The number of reported cases will exponentionally increase the more times a lawsuit is mentioned.

Sigh. I used to love Chi-Chis chimichangas. I went home to Chicago a couple months ago, and all the ones there were closed. I was disapointed, but maybe I was lucky.

I once read an article that mentioned "depravity", "diarrhea", "dipstick", and "doggy style", but it wasn't about Condoleezza Rice's latest bedroom escapade. Actually, it wasn't an article at all, it was a dictionary.

I've eaten at that ChiChi's a few times but I didn't get hepatitis from it. The hepatitis came from a 12yo taiwanese whore.

Couldn't pay me enough to eat at a Chi-Chi's. Its right on par with injesting a gallon of worms covered in manure.

Funny, the Chi Chi's here in the DC metro area are also mostly out of business.

The ones that are still open appear dirty and understaffed.

I wonder if this isnt a question of national management?

Everyone knows that Hep-A is almost always passed through one specific vector- The "Anal-Oral Pathway."

Given that this is the case, most outbreaks are because someone didn't wash their hands after going to the bathroom.

How is it even possible that so many hundreds of people got sich at this restaurant? If I had bad germs on my hand, I doubt I could have passed it to that many people without re-applying the pathogen every few minutes.

So the obvious solution is this: The guy must have had his fist up his own ass every 100 or so customers to keep the bug going.

Who the hell would eat at a restaurant where someone had a fist up their ass every 10 minutes or so? I know I wouldn't.

My calculus teacher is named Chichi. I think that her parents must have been dumbasses to name her that, but then I remember that I am the one taking calculus.

Here in Milwaukee, the chef at Chi-Chi's died of the hep a few years back...

ah, finally, my homeland gains fame. the people that go to that mall tend to be dirty and trashy anyway (seriously, the mall is terrible) so everyone probably had their hands up their asses anyhow.

I guess the chunks of corn and lettuce in the ChiChi's warm refried beans were not garnish.

I used to work at a Chi Chi's while I was in college - it was the worst job I ever had...I have no point.

300 hundred people sickened by one person who did'nt wash his hands? I don't think so. Someone deliberately poisoned the food! I hope they find him and make him eat the same food.

i also worked at chi-chi's in college for three long years. working at a chi-chi's in a dying factory town in the midwest is pretty bad thank god it is over.

Jeff Cook was my friends husband and currently, though the article didn't mention it, her daughter is also being treated for Hepatitis A. Jeff had a liver transplant the morning before he died. It was less than 6 days after eating at Chi-Chi's. All that because some putz couldn't wash his hands after taking a shiat.

I have been kicked out of a McDonalds on three occations. The most distressing time was when I was in the pisser and some kid (employee) pissed and walked out without washing his hands. I ran after him and started yelling at him and telling him to go wash the f up. The manager tried to get me to calm down and then asked the kid if he washed his hands. He said that he did, so the manager came back to me and told me that I was mistaken.

I wasn't going to be railroaded that easily, so I continued to yell at the little faggot to wash his hands. Then they asked me to leave. EVERY SINGLE PERSON in that McDonalds was well aware of the dirty little freak before I left. I don't remember if I knocked over any trashcans, but I wouldn't have put it past myself.

P.S. That Mc Donalds was in New Jersey near Cherry Hill on route 70. Avoid it.

Interesting, that just reinforces the fact that I'll never go to Chi-Chi's again, despite having not gone to one for the past eleven years.

In case you're wondering why, I contracted Shigellosis because one of the dirty bastards working in the kitchen didn't wash his hands.

That Chi-Chi's is just down the road from where US Air flight427 crashed into the side of a hill in 1996.

Man - I just realized that was the first restaraunt my wife and I ever went to on a date. Now I'm coming up on 7 year anniversary - and most days I wish I had gotten the HEP.
