(Townhall)   One advantage of defeating Barack Obama in November, apart from saving the country from financial ruin and the rest, is that conservatives will presumably be able to criticize liberal policies again without automatically being accused of racism   (townhall.com) divider line 246

Farklib: You're a racist!

Guy 2: I wish Obama would clarify his position on Gitmo.

Guy4: That sure is an ugly tie Obama is wearing.

Not being racist doesn't make you any less retarded

Is this the same submitter who keeps making these troll headlines or are troll headlines just more likely to go green?

2012-06-26 08:52:28 AM
Yeah, but then what will the teabaggers whine and cry about and use to fuel their sad little persecution complexes?

2012-06-26 08:52:37 AM
You get accused of racism when you do racist shiat. And then the rest of the pack doubles down because instead of calling out the racists in your party you circle the wagons around them.

And if a republican does call out the racists they get unceremoniously tossed to the curb.

Mugato: Is this the same submitter who keeps making these troll headlines or are troll headlines just more likely to go green?

Troll headlines are more likely to get hits, which means more ad revenue, which means more money for Drew. If calm, rational, boring discussions about policies drove page views, the Politics tab would look like C-SPAN overnight.

Have you seen the kind of people who call in to C-SPAN? They make the politics tab look like a panel of well read policy experts.

They'll promptly go back to screaming about how evil the filibuster is I expect.

GOP: Pretending there are no racists since 1969

2012-06-26 09:06:31 AM
As a side note, I almost want the GOP to take the Senate for that very reason, because I think they actually are short-sighted enough to kill it.

The best thing about it is that we will no longer have to endure the incessant whining of Republicans about Fartbongo and his fancy hamburgers and his hip-hop barbecues.

God, the silence will be bliss. I'm seriously considering voting for Romney just so these people will Shut. The F*ck. Up.

I suspect he couldn't get boobies during the Tuesday afternoon shift at Diamond Dolls with a stack of $20s.

Yeah, I love that when faced with overwhelming derp the moderator has to say "Well, thanks for your call" with a straight face.

Scalia: I think Obama's decision to cut younger illegal immigrants some slack over-riding state policy is bogus because back during Slavery, states had the right to keep Black people out.

...can't really say that this is the reason I'd fear that "paragon of compassion" Mitt Romney ousting Obama (assuming he has a snowball's chance in hell of managing that in the first place). Let's face it, wingnuts will be giving folks plenty of reasons to call them Racist without needing a black commander-in-chief well into the future.

I haven't watched it in a while, but I always thought that the guy who hosted that morning call-in show on C-SPAN had the worst job in America. He had a continual look of defeated resignation on his face, like he was condemned to host the show for some past sin he committed. I often wonder what happened to that dude. Suicide, I'm guessing.

But we'll still call them racists when they filibuster their own legislature.

They've been saying that too many Americans are allowed to vote for a while now, let alone just the Democrats.

David Limbaugh, brother of radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh, is an expert in law and politics who writes engaging columns from a fresh, conservative point of view.

Yes, how new and insightful his point of view is. How fresh the content.

To be fair, there are only so many ways you can dress up "tax cuts for the rich" to make it look like new policy.

I hope that Obama wins, not because I think he's good for the country, that is just an afterthought.

What I really can't wait for is 4 more years of right wing chicken orgies!

Oh, wait, the Demorats controlled the House and Senate for the first 2 years of his administration.

Sorry, you fail.

I blame the firefighters of Colorado for starting the massive wildfires, seeing as they've had a few days to put them out now.

FTA:

In a series of memos released this week by the Pentagon, it is revealed that an American-born advisor to Al-Qaeda used to believe that the far-left network, MSNBC, was good and neutral until the firing of fringe host, Keith Olbermann.

Far left network my ass. This is the same one in which a Republican hosts the morning show and has Ron Paul and Pat Buchanan on from time to time.

Plus this is from the Washington Times...this sounds totally legit.
