MoDOT, the geniuses who shut down I-64 to one lane at the same time there was a Cardinals' game, a Blues' playoff game and another big event going on in downtown STL. Color me shocked that they can't finish a project on time.
It amazes me that, until they finish a new bridge, the main route in and out of the city is named for the STREET it used to end on before it was interstate....
