A ballpark figure is $10k per hour of operation (that covers pilot, fuel, landing fees etc) for a plane that size. That doesn't include yearly certs and other maintenance.

Those two are worth about a billion together so they can afford it but its still a huge chunk of money for them. I am guessing they will probably lease it out to others to use as well to help offset some of the cost.
