And his caucus has shown that they always listen and do what Boehner tells them. LOL!

I wonder if Boehner will show up on TV with his little anal polyp, Eric Cantor. Those two should get a sit-com.

Now when people start getting tossed off their insurance and medicare isn't getting paid anymore and the thousands of other things people need stop happening don't get upset when the democrats start replaying the tapes of those celebrations.

What I love best about that is even their flowcharts don't make sense. It's a disconnected bullet list rendered as a meaningless diagram, with a title stuck in the middle.

Orange man can't control his caucus. They will be all over the news shows spreading the derp. What is funny is that if ACA does get turned over by the SCOTUS the republicans have ZERO to run on. Most of them have based their entire election strategy on repealing ACA. Rmoney in particular. It is the only damn thing he will take a position on. As noted by many a farker they DO NOT have a plan for the replace part and never did.

Have any of the useless farks in the media asked a Republican if it's so horrible, why is United Healthcare going to follow it regardless?

Probably because 80% contains healthcare reforms that the voters farking want, but the issues that SCOTUS and the GOP are biatching about like the mandate are pieces that the farking GOP forced in their......Also, you can't put a muzzle on the mouthpoopers at Fox News or the hordes of tea bagger bloggers so the ball will be spiked for you. The GOP will not win the battle for independent and undecided voters because the Obama campaign will herald the pieces that have a universal appeal and claim this is what the GOP has been fighting against.

I really do think their farked unless the "non-partisan" SCOTUS keeps toying around with the issue until after November for "non-political" reasons.

2012-06-22 02:41:29 PM
So since September 2010, people have been able to stay on their parents insurance until they are 26. I know there are several other provisions that are currently in effect from HCA too that people have been capitalizing on. How many people will immediately lose coverage if this gets struck down? If 1 million + get kicked off the roles and the Republicans go around celebrating it, it will look baaaaaad

It's a shame that Boehner apparently needs to demand basic class from his colleagues, not because there's anything wrong with class but because the need for at least a basic minimum should be intuitively obvious.

However, if he has recognized that there are certain special members of his group that need an extra eye kept on them, then this is a positive step, and should be encouraged.

"We will not celebrate at a time when millions of our fellow Americans remain out of work, the national debt has exceeded the size of our nation's economy, health costs continue to rise, and small businesses are struggling to hire," Boehner wrote in the memo"

As someone who works in a five-person office, and I get to hear about all of the insane wackiness my boss gets to go through every year when it's time to renegotiate with health care providers as the provider from the previous year mysteriously jumps up their rates, I assume that most small businesses would love a government-run single-payer option, Mr. Boehner...I'd like to hear your opinion on that.

Which they don't support because they took the effort to read up on it, be aware of the cause and effects of it, and make a choice based on realistic world views and actual needs of people. It totally wasn't disliked by so many because the Right painted it up as communism and death panels and much more.

Spiking the fotoball, hell. If The supreme court rules ACA unconstitutional, GOP legislators from around the country are going to be running around trying to mushroom stamp Obama. Or some random lib they meet in the streets. Or even a RINO who suggest that we do anything to control costs other than gut Medicaid.

As someone who is in the management of an Ambulance Service, I know what our owner goes through trying to keepo the doors open when Medicaid hasn't issued a check in nearly a year. If single payor worked like Medicare, decent turn around time and enough reimbursement to cover costs it wouldn't be to bad. If it works like Medicaid, it would suck though. We would be out of business in a month.

Medicaid. In Illinois speak that is HAHAHAHAHAHA you think your gonna get paid.....HHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA. I mean it is grea when we get enough from medicaid to purchase a new piece of equipment. of course a $40,000.00 check kinda sucks when you have billed $350,000.00.

Well, the Congressional caucus SHOULD act like adults. Although, when they won the House in 2010, their first statement was 'the adults are back in charge'. And when you say something like that, it's clear that the adults are NOT back in charge.

Not that it matters, but the hardcore derpitude is guaranteed to come from the pundits anyway.

In an equally likely to be taken seriously memo, Boehner demands that the sun rise later to avoid interrupting his Sunday morning yard-hangovers.

2012-06-22 03:00:21 PM
Any chance they decide the mandate is unconstitutional but the rest is ok, or is this expected to be all or nothing?
