But who am I to complain about an inaccurate headline that got greened? Happens all the time here

Not only that but NOAA only gives it a 70% chance to become a named event.

Technically, that percentage represents the chance of development to a named storm within 48 hours of the prediction.

Do you really need a plot?

When I was a teenager i ended up with a porn VHS tape (princess of penetration)....and well....let's just say it took me a bit of time time to actually figure out how the various "actors and actresses" story lines all went together. I guess watching a movie in 5 minute increments will do that to you.
