Cloudchaser Sakonige the Red Wolf: My own father got the PSA test every 6 months due to a family history of prostate cancer. One day, it came back suspect. His doctor wanted to wait and monitor the situation. My father insisted on a biopsy. Biopsy came back positive. He had surgery to remove his prostate. A post surgery exam found that he had the aggressive kind of prostate cancer. If he hadn't got regular PSA testing and then insisted on a biopsy, he would not be alive today.
