He is going to make all Mexicans US Citizens, including those still in Mexico. This way his Father can run for President after he steals Obama's time machine. It gets a bit confusing, but makes more sense in the Romney time line.

No, Obama didn't do it with an (R) next to his name. Nor was he white while attempting to do it. You see how that could be a problem.
