Norfolking Chance: The BBC has replayed the goal seven times from multiple angles and the ball was moveing as quick as a shot and kicked up more than it should of. Thats what is shown from those seven replays. How many replays have you looked at in the last 5 minutes?

It's not a contest here, pal. I'm sorry you got rustled over this, but the fact remains that he had a fair chance to turn that ball over the goal...and the pace still wasn't as fast as what you claim. But keep farking that chicke...er, I mean, watching those replays. Maybe if you watch it another seven times you'll convince me.

Stimied in a Rut: You are the only one here who thinks Cech should have saved that shot.

No, I'm just the only one that's been vocal about it. Cech is a good keeper...and one would expect a CL-winning keeper to stop that containable ball.

Norfolking Chance: sailorman_glh: Still think Cech deserves the accolades? He should have had that blocked easy-peasy.

That was was a near impossible save to make. The ball was going as fast as if he kicked the ball and the bounce makes it near impossible to judge. I don't think any keeper would of saved that

Cech got hands to it and should have kept it out - it had pace but to make a claim as you did is pretty disingenuous. It wasn't moving near as fast as Ronaldo's shots do. C'mon...let's keep it realistic, mmkay?

sailorman_glh: According to the top 11 from the Group stages, Hart is the best keeper of the tournament to date.

/Gerrard rightfully chosen as well.

No Schweinsteiger after he decimated the Netherlands and Danish midfield? I call bullshait.

Who would you put above Cech after his CL peformances? Neuer? Hart?

Iker Casilas
/chelsea supporter

I'll agree to that. But current form it's a lot closer than it would normally be, I think.

/full disclosure: Spurs fan
//that should tell you what I think of Chelsea currently :)

I haven't watched too many England matches, but hasn't Hart had quite a few brilliant moments so far in this tournament?

Mostly because England have parked the bus in front of him.

I will echo everyone here and say that I am rooting for the Czechs, but expecting Portugal to win.

Also, Greece winning would NOT be great. They are the most boring, horrible side to watch. The quicker they get eliminated the better. They are the antithesis of everything good about the sport.
