To be fair, as loony right-wing rumors go, this one's pretty believable. FEMA camps, anyone? This one is at least plausible, although I'm pretty sure the EPA will have to wait in line behind the DEA, the ATF, the NSA and probably several other government agencies I've never even heard of if they want drones.
