Also, the fluffies (furry leg warmers) help you keep the hoop above your knees. There are many tricks you can do from knee to ankle, but for the most part, it's easier to just keep it above the knee.

I take it you have experience with this.

I've been hooping for five years. It's good for you, keeps you toned, makes you feel confident and anyone can do it. What's not to love?

I only learned this was a thing last week. While I don't think I'd care for it myself, I certainly don't mind videos like this one.

I prefer skating for my recreational aerobic activity.
