This is actually a good sign, they're applying their skewed incorrect world view to someone else instead of locking it into the cognitive dissonance that it would normally show up in. This shows at least some signs of intellectual honesty that we rarely see in WND.

I don't get that article. Are they arguing Rubio does not meet the constitutional citizenship requirements becuase both his parents were cuban, even though he was born in Miami?

Do they even read the constitution? The US is a birthright state. IT doesn't matter if his parents were citizen of MARS, if he was born in Miami that makes him a "natrual born citizen of the united states".

Still, it's entertaining to see their blind hatred of brown people be applied to one of their own.

I am fairly certain that they have no clue what the real rules are, because deciphering English language is too complex for their brain's logic centers.

The argument is that some French guy wrote around the same time that natural born citizenship means that a person has to have 2 citizen parents, and that since they used the same words it is law in the US.

Sadly, this is exactly what they mean - and it's just as wrong now as it was when the postulate was first pushed forward.

FTFA: Larry Klayman argued today before Florida Circuit Court Judge Terry Lewis in the presidential eligibility case brought by Democrat voter Michael Voeltz that Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution requires a person eligible to be president to be born to parents who are each U.S. citizens at the time of the birth.

That definition of natural-born citizen would clearly disqualify Rubio from running either for president or vice president.

They're getting around the facts by using Klayman's definition as the standard rather than reality.

Allen West is an INFINITELY better choice! He'd secure the smarter Black vote, AND h'es not pushing to "legitimize" all of "his people" (like Rubio is) either!

You either don't get it, or you are trying to use some sort of reverse psychology of nonsense in your defense. Obama is fullly exposed to be a usurper, in his historical record, and in his actions. Rubio and Jindal are being used to cover up for the tyranny that has been commited against we the people via the puppet masters hell bent on a new world order. Get a clue.

The RNC needs to wake up to the fact that most citizens don't want a repeat of the 2008 election results. WE NEED AN ALL AMERICAN PRESIDENT WHO ACTUALLY LOVES THE USA. (Not a closet Muslim from Kenya, Indonesia or Singapore)

Obama's Kenyan family considers him born in Kenya. Then after Kenyan dad leaves the U.S. the mother marries Lolo Soetoro in Indonesia, and Lolo adopts Obama so he can go to school at the Muslim madrassa. The most troubling is that the SS# used by Obama belonged to a Connecticut man who died in Hawaii, and grandma had access to those records during her job. Obama had never set foot in Connecticut, much less work there. But his first executive order was to seal all his and family's records, including passport records. But then no one should question the messiah king, but just elect him to four more years of merrily destroying this country to implement his socialist ideals.

Yeah the 80's was the start of the plung down to insanity.

Nixon had an idea that everyone should have a minimum income and if you didn't make that much the government paid you money to get you to that level. Not for X weeks, not if you got laid off, just for anybody. Can you believe a Democrat saying that now?

The Constitution does not define the phrase natural-born citizen, and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning. A 2011 Congressional Research Service report stated

The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term "natural born" citizen would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship "by birth" or "at birth," either by being born "in" the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to alien parents; by being born abroad to U.S. citizen-parents; or by being born in other situations meeting legal requirements for U.S. citizenship "at birth." Such term, however, would not include a person who was not a U.S. citizen by birth or at birth, and who was thus born an "alien" required to go through the legal process of "naturalization" to become a U.S. citizen.

Hey now, they've only been doing it for around three years, so it's hardly "constantly." Their track record for the previous eight years is much better. Also, eight is bigger than three, so they are, on average, quite supportive of our POTUS!

Not really.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio, widely considered to be one of the favorites to be the Republican vice presidential candidate, has not been vetted by the Mitt Romney campaign, according to a report.

Rubio has not been asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire or turn over his financial history, according to ABC News Tuesday.

Though it is possible that Rubio could still be asked to submit to the thorough investigative process, Romney began his search nearly two months ago, making it appear unlikely that the senator will be requested to take part.

Notice the timing? Published at a time when it would be highly unlikely for him to be considered, as in no actual damage. They're going after somebody that won't damage their own partisan cause to lend credibility to their claims against Obama.

..."don't you see five lights?..."

2012-06-19 06:10:50 PM
But if the arguments presented in dozens of legal cases challenging Barack Obama's eligibility are correct, "An American Son: A Memoir" also provides the information needed to determine the Florida senator is not a natural-born citizen, a constitutional requirement for the presidency.

So in other words, Rubio is good to go.

Also FTFA:

Jerome Corsi's updated blockbuster "Where's the REAL Birth Certificate" is the most compelling case available that Barack Obama is not eligible to be president

LOOOOOOOOOL. "Where's the birth certificate?" "Here." "Where's the REAL birth certificate?" farking nuts, as it always is.

Clicking on the link just gets better:

You'll read how:

Obama was born a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States, a circumstance the Constitution's framers considered an iron-clad roadblock to the presidency

As a boy, Obama was officially registered in school as a Muslim and Indonesian citizen, another barrier to U.S. natural-born citizenship

Yes, that's right, in their own book, you'll read how Obama was born a citizen of the United States, so he's eligible to be President. You'll also read how he was officially registered as a Muslim, which is a barrier to U.S. natural-born citizenship -- even though they already admitted he was born a citizen in the line directly above that one.

Bonus points for the sleight-of-hand: "roadblock to the Presidency... another barrier to U.S. ... citizenship" Two very different things.

I also like the bonus implication on the first line, Jerome Corsi's contention that any nation state could meddle with the democracy of the United States simply by making somebody a citizen of their country.

2012-06-19 06:22:55 PM
Yet, they're gonna beat the "Anchor Baby" drum at the same time as farking the "natural born citizen" chicken...

Which is it, morons? Are the Anchor Babies a problem because they are citizens, or is Rubio not a citizen, because even though he was born in the US, his parents weren't citizens?

And while we're at it, make up your mind on the Obama bullshiat, too... Was he born in Kenya, or was his father some radical leftist from Kansas?

None of this would bother me if you morons didn't have the ability to totally fark up our country based purely on your greasy soup of lies, distortions and misinformation. The crap you pull today affects my kids tomorrow....

So without replying to any of the trolls, I went to check this executive order claim. It appears that the first executive order Obama signed was pretty boilerplate, sealing the records generated against release to the archives until a future date. It doesn't seem to have any impact on records from before his inauguration, and from what I can tell this sort of delayed release to the archives has been standard practice since nixon. Maybe not the most open way to handle things, but it's nothing that could cover up birth records. (Link to pdf of the order)

2012-06-19 06:42:02 PM
For Presidential eligibility....one must also be natural born....born on US soil AND parents must be US citizens at time of birth

To be credible and consistent...those who claim Obama is ineligible also must claim Rubio and Jindal are also ineligible....both Rubio and Jindal parents non-citizens at time of birth...at least Obama has an US citizen parent

Seems to be the "deathers" (anti-Birthers?) have some real issues on this issue

I disagree with world nut derply. The eligibilty requirement should require that only the seventh son of a seventh son of a seventh son that is a US citizen be allowed as president. Think of his power!
