And for what it's worth, the 14 inning game could have been avoided (and Andy's gem preserved) if he was available.

WIth Mariano in the bullpen, it's a completely different look and strategy.

And if the umpire had made the correct call on Tyler Moore at the plate, the Nats would have won in 9.

It was the baseball equivalent of the bigger kid pressing his hand against the smaller kid's forehead to keep him back. All Harper could do was flail his arms and look pathetic.
