Way to keep being a complete candyass there, Mittens. I guess that's the prerogative of a candidate rather than an officeholder.

Either force Mitt to say he'll deport kids to appease the Teabaggers and lose the Latino vote or admit he won't deport them to appease the Latinos and lose the Teabaggers.

Brave Sir Romney ran away.
("No!")
Bravely ran away away.
("I didn't!")
When danger reared it's ugly head, He bravely turned his tail and fled.
("no!")
Yes, brave Sir Romney turned about
("I didn't!")
And gallantly he chickened out.
Bravely taking ("I never did!") to his feet,
He beat a very brave retreat.
("all lies!")
Bravest of the braaaave, Sir Romney! ("I never!")

First I'm thinking, good for him.
Then I read the article and I think what an ass.
Then I re-read his explanation and I think 'what did he just say?'

Yah but Zimmerman's in jail. (honestly he was the very first person I'd ever heard referred to as a "white hispanic". I had no idea there was such a thing).

So? He killed a black kid. His Tea-bagger street cred is through the roof. Zimmerman's too young though.

I love me some intelligence in my presidents. As in, stringing a whole sentence together.
This doesn't qualify:
He explained the order would become irrelevant "by virtue of my putting in place a long-term solution, with legislation which creates law that relates to these individuals such that they know what their setting is going to be, not just for the term of a president but on a permanent basis."

Romney seems to have two operational modes:

A) Garden Party Snob

B) DIlbert's Boss

This would be an example of mode B.

"With respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that's just not the case, because there are laws on the books that Congress has passed -- and I know that everybody here at Bell is studying hard so you know that we've got three branches of government. Congress passes the law. The executive branch's job is to enforce and implement those laws. And then the judiciary has to interpret the laws.

There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as President."

I just made a bet with my aunt's assclown republitard brother; he said Mittens will win the popular vote...100 bucks if he doesn't. That's an easy 100 in my estimation. (he thinks it'll be like 2000 and Obama will win the presidency..crazy)

"We went to the company and we said, look, you can't have any illegals working on our property," Romney said. "I'm running for office, for Pete's sake, we can't have illegals."

Once again Pres. Obama unfairly does the right thing at a time and place of his own choosing, rather than in the manner and on the schedule repubs would prefer to see the action taken, if at all. The inconsiderate bastard.

2012-06-17 05:21:23 PM
It's like the first item on his website about the way he would run America. It says he would repeal and replace Obamacare, so I look all around the site to see what he is going to replace Obamacare with. I can't find anything on the site. So, next, I Google "Romney health care, and the only detail I can find say that Romney would drastically reduce medicare payments. Oh, and there is also an article talking about a speech Romney gave a year ago that indicate Romney's medical reforms would be disastrous. But, it has been a year. In terms of Romney holding an opinion, the ones he touted a year ago may have expired.

I had a friend who, in 2004, said that Kerry could not win an election by just saying, "I am not Bush." There just aren't enough people who would vote for just Not Bush. It sure seems like Romney is trying to run as Not Obama. He doesn't seem to be offering anything else.

I'm not entirely sure that there will be any. Romney might decline and just keep on running on his, "I'm not Obama and that's all you need to know about me" campaign.

Hooked another. Last week Romney was attempting to court latino voters and Obama sweeps in with this policy causing his party to go full on derpy.
