Mugato: For once this meme isn't that trollicious. While not "smoking" hot, she's not bad. Especially given that it's a mugshot.

While I realize that the headline is sort of a meme or maybe a bit of a rick-roll, if someone is actually going to claim the word "hot" I think we need to emphasize that that implies more than just "average" and in fact implies that the beauty is at a level that is somewhat rare (especially with "smoking" added for emphasis).

In this example, since every other woman you'd see in an upscale mall is better looking than this lady (cleaned up or otherwise), there is no way to justify the word's "hot" or even really "pretty".

Anyway, the test of "hot" is: is it likely that your coffee barista will be better looking? I think someone needs to draw a flow chart ...
