I was watching CNN where they interviewed some guy who went batshiat crazy on bath salts and basically how he described the effects of taking it makes me wonder what kind of person would want have that kind of experience.

Bath salts have been illegal since earlier this year in Delaware following the murder of county police officer responding to a call to be met by someone under the influence of this shiat. In spite of the serious penalty attached to selling it you still read about the police busting some convenience store or gas station operator who claims they didn't get the memo from home office. As long as there are people looking to make a quick buck with no consideration for the damage done as a consequence of the commercial transaction and there are people who will ingest anything to remove themselves from reality with no consideration for what they might be doing to their bodies there will be a market for shiat like bath salts.

That said, it is demonstrated that, unlike pot or coke, this isn't a completely harmless habit without collateral damage being wrought among the innocent public; this is a harmful habit whose users have a record of committing some deranged and injurious (not to mention deadly) acts. While I agree that prohibition will never eradicate the use of bath salts, I quite agree with the regimen in Delaware of aggressively busting and prosecuting the sellers while prosecuting the users for using them. What is your answer, oh sage one? Don't have one. Didn't think so.

It's funny that the legal and pseudolegal (legal in some states, illegal in others) substances cause far more insanity and do a lot more damage than the illegal ones.
