Would this be ironic considering they don't allow or sell alcohol in Kinnick?

At the very least hypocritical.

If you want to curb binge drinking take it straight to Delany and get the alcohol ban removed from B1G venues. There's a reason kids at Purdue decided Breakfast Club was a good idea... To imbibe as much as humanly possible before sitting through a three-hour football game. That'll be a start.

That said, it's a right-of-passage thing and you're not going to change the environment on a college campus. Hour of Power, Century Club, Edward Fortyhands, Waterfalls, et al are part of the process.

You'll need plenty of it as they try to stop sliding into Illinois/Purdue/NU territory.

Really? This alone would might make a roadtrip to Madison or the Cities worth it. And not just if the Hawkeyes are in town.

Hey kids, remember not to drink smooth, refreshing Busch Light in excess. (wink, wink)

Football game? pfffffffff The 4 or so times I did breakfast club (I didn't go to Purdue, my best friend did) we didn't even consider the game.

Along with the efforts to cut down on tail-gating as well. Once they got rid of The Magic Bus, it was all down hill.

Does Wisconsin still play "Here Comes The King" at Camp Randall? Could get kind of awkward during the Heartland game....
