(Yahoo)   On Sept 11, 2001, The LA Kings lost two of their pro scouts. A Kings fan in New York honored their memory by placing a Stanley Cup championship hat beside their names at ground zero. Sorry, there's some ice shavings in my eye   (sports.yahoo.com ) divider line

WinoRhino: I don't think there's any reason to get offensive about it like Slaves2Darkness, but the 9/11 stuff is getting overdone to the point where people use it just to AW and appear thoughtful.

I don't see it as being more 9-11 worship. It was however, a nice tribute to those two guys who were part of the organization.

You'll probably get some bites. 4/10.

Doc Daneeka: Only if by "most of the year" you mean "a small fraction of the year."

The Stanley Cup is on the road for about 320 days per year, only spending a small amount of time at the HHoF.

More than likely you have seen and touched and taken pictures with the replica Cup that is on display at the HHoF when the real Cup is not there. Which is most of the time.

Oh come now, is the closest anyone from Ontario will ever get to the Cup. Let them dream a little.

Slaves2Darkness is giving a master class in trolling.

He's simultaneously insulting the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks, and decrying their exploitation at the same time. All within three short lines. That takes skill.

And yeah, he's pretty much broken my Internet Tough Guy rage-o-meter.
