It's just not that clear. Could be her vulva, could be her chubby thighs pressed together... heck, it could be that the yearbook photo editor got shot down by her once when he asked her out, saw her flashing a little leg in the photo, and decided to get a little P-shopped revenge. Bad luck that she happened to be looking at the camera and smiling.
