It's like she thinks he is a Republican or something.

Why are you cons so afraid of a strong liberal woman?

He's linked to the GOP... That's more than enough for me not to vote for him.

Go Liz!

Well that settles it! I am not moving to Massachusetts to vote for her!

Well, he's been trying to link her to Wounded Knee. So I guess it's fair.

Her campaign was always going to hinge on the contrast between herself and Brown, whose vote for the Dodd-Frank financial reform bill was contingent upon weakening the Volcker Rule.

But JPMorgan's risky trade, which violated the spirit of the Volcker Rule, allows her to vividly illustrate the differences between herself and her opponent.

Sorry about your headline, submitter :(

If she can't restate that argument more plainly, she will lose.

If he's responsible for Justin Bieber--well that alone should disqualify him from office.

Justin Bieber??

This was his campaign. And it worked. It still boggles my mind.

Sadly there is a good chance that it will work again.

She's a book-smarts academic, and I seriously doubt she's ever going to be as bipartisan as Brown. Strike that, I seriously doubt she's ever going to vote against her party. I'm not voting for her.

I don't want my representatives to be bipartisan if it means working in any way with the current Republican Party.

Sorry, I have no intention of supporting anyone with the stink of the GOP on them. I don't give a shiat how "bipartisan" they are. The GOP has proven over and over again that they don't give a shiat about folks like me and my family in the lower middle class and Brown has done nothing to change that perception.

I'm not voting for him.

I'll happily vote for the "book-smart academic".

Voting for or against letters next to names is never going to get us out of this.

BunkoSquad: I don't want my representatives to be bipartisan if it means working in any way with the current Republican Party.

Exactly. These people aren't "conservatives"... They're radical regressives. The Democrats have pretty much taken over the center right position as the GOP has gone completely off the deep end.

Is Brown the worst? No. He's a typical MA Republican. But I see no reason to encourage the GOP's mean-spirited plutocratic bullshiat by voting for any of their candidates.

If Brown wants to impress me with his "independent" stances, he should run as an Independent and not as a Republican.

No, I think it will.

1) Destroy the GOP
2) The Blue Dogs separate from the Democrats due to the power vacuum.
3) A better political system.

Jesus christ?!? Did you just call Tom Barrett a "libby darling?!?"

Wow, man...

If I give you money, will you promise to spend some of it on finding a clue or something? You're just embarrassing yourself here.

I'm not voting against a letter... I'm voting against an entire Party Platform that obviously doesn't give a shiat about people like me. They've done nothing to earn my vote.

Also, I happen to agree with Warren on many issues. I am voting for her, primarily.

Oh, right...educated people are less likely to fall for their ridiculous fear tactics

Except she's running in Massachusetts, the state with the highest literacy and education rates in the country, not Alabama.

We can understand those big words, and will vote accordingly.

While I'm not in the appropriate district to actually vote in this race, this more or less reflects my opinion. The last decade or so has made it fairly clear that strong party loyalists are typically flat-out bad at policy-making and executive office, regardless of which party they're loyal to. Brown has at least some pretensions of bipartisanship, so he's got that going for him. Plus, we already saw this match and know how it turns out.
