Seems The SyEnce Channel is focused on inner space rather than outer space tonight.

2012-06-12 08:50:32 PM
Inner space? G spot?

Perhaps if there was a Whirmhole taped that was available to watch that would be something.

There is a good show on Netflix about Absenthe

So that is what I plan to drink tonight.

There is one section in the Absenthe show that says something like:

After the first Absenthe, you know what is true
After the second Absenthe you know what is not true
After the third Absenthe you know the future

I think I really botched that up. Will have to find that phrase again to get it right, but as soon as we decide what to watch, I'm gonna pour some water over a sugar cube.

My cable said that two of them were new: The Parallel Universe one and the "superior race" one.

I assume you taped the latter one, yes?

yes, the latter one. It seems like the creepiest one.

Found it:

Oscar Wilde described drinking absinthe as such: "After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, and that is the most horrible thing in the world."

I used to be really into absinthe--I used to have to order it from Spain. I tried a wide variety of types and my favorite was a red one that did not have any licorice taste...just pure bitter wormwood. It was called "Serpente" or something...my google fails me.

I haven't even seen Avengers yet. Been happy to have the time to plant trees and fix a TV, and wash floors. Itching to play music, almost hard to believe I used to know how.

I have a ton of work to do around the house but I've been putting it off due to having lots of work stuff to deal with, but it's getting to the point where something needs to be done.

It took about 150 drips before it started to get cloudy. Then another 100 to melt the sugar cube, then about two ounces to fill the glass with light yellow green cloudy liquid.

That guy is a good drawer. Meaning, he draws well--not that he holds stuff and can be slid into a piece of furniture.

They have kits. I built their headphone amp kit. But still have not used it, it was meant to have multiple musicians listen at once while recording. Stop by when you're in the neighborhood and we can record and try it.

What are the chances that "paused at it's an idea" would be an acronym for something you built? I think we went through the whirmhole on that one.

Hitting the jackpot in DNA . It would be good to find something on broadcast TV or Netflix for the upcoming show,

Maybe the Syence channel!
