Sadly none of those things is a 'right' kind of thing. Right is aligned with conservative, which is an anti government or small government kind of thing. In america. It is also pathetically easy to cite examples for each bullet point you make of Left wing administrations and politicians doing exactly those things. (in fact i have gone back and done so)

You have to remember that in Europe their 'hard right' is:

Left -> The average person has a say in government. The law serves everyone equally. The government's primary job is to look after all it's people. Enlightenment over fear.
