Bruxellensis: bim1154: I'll check the torrents. I watched the trailer on IMDB after you mentioned it but it was fairly vague. Is it one of those where it's shot by someone holding a shaky video camera the whole time? I swore after watching the the last one of those I would never watch another one where someone was doing that.

It has parts that are a little shaky, mostly during foot travel during a shot, things like that. For the most part, the camera work is respectable, given the circumstances. It's like watching an investigative documentary, and it's all true. I wouldn't say Michael J. Fox was the cameraman or anything like that, but it wasn't as steady as a big budget film either.

Thanks, there's a torrent available so I'll check it out.

There is (was?) a place in A2 called Bev's Caribbean Kitchen. Finest jerk goat I ever had. Damn good in a roti with a side of plantains or curried vegetables. She has a great accent, too.

Now I want some goat.

First thing I thought when I saw the photo next to the headline:

I had a GF bring a bottle of that back from Jamaica many years ago, loved the stuff but once it was gone I was afraid I'd never have it again unless I went to Jamaica. Then a couple years ago it showed up in the local grocery store. I made that first bottle last 5 years, now I go through one every 6 months.

Bruxellensis: My wife and I watched "Catfish" last night. That was a different kind of movie and I wasn't expecting it to be what it was. Having only watched a trailer earlier and read nothing else about it, I was expecting it to turn out to be some sort of slasher movie when those boys went to Ishpeming. Anyway, it was a pleasant surprise. Then I got up this morning and googled the movie to find it is surrounded in a bit of controversy.
Thanks for recommending it though.

I've never googled the controversy - perhaps I should. I thought it was an interesting movie, nonetheless. Hope you weren't too disappointed!

Wasn't disappointed at all. We thought it was a great movie. If I had never looked into it this morning just to fill in a few blanks, I would have never know about what I found. Thanks again!
