It may be the only one made with three barells side by side, or the only one made by that manufacturer, but there's nothing novel, unique, or even rare about a shotgun with three or more barrels... The most common configuration is side by side shotgun barrels over a centerfire rifle barrel.

Even if all barrels fired at once, it still wouldn't knock you on your ass.

A typical 16 gauge shotshell is pushing about 437 grains at 1200 fps. That's a muzzle energy of 1,397 ft/lbs. Two barrels at once would be around 2,800 ft/lbs, or like a stiff .308 Winchester. Three at once would be 4,200 ft/lbs, or about like a .338 Winchester Magnum, or a .375 H&H Magnum. Stiff recoil, sure, but it wouldn't knock you on your ass whenever you fired it.
